CAPACITY + RECOVERY
Work stops following you to dinner, the couch, and bed.
You create stronger sleep, movement, workload, and recovery boundaries so your body has an opportunity to actually come down from the day.
1:1 EXECUTIVE WELLNESS & RECOVERY COACHING
Private wellness coaching, hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, and strategic capacity advising for high-performing executive women, directors, and senior leaders navigating demanding environments, perimenopause, and the invisible home load.

But the career you have now requires more from you than the one you built years ago.
And the way you’ve been carrying it is starting to cost you.
The demands of your career, your life outside of work, and your body's current capacity are colliding.
Your next level requires a completely different physical and mental baseline.
The one people came to. The one who figured things out. The one who could handle more.
Maybe you were the eldest daughter. Maybe you simply learned early that being responsible and reliable was part of who you were.
Those qualities can make you incredibly successful in demanding environments.
They can also make it very easy to build a career where every increase in responsibility gets absorbed by you.
Until eventually, your sleep, nervous system, health, and relationships start paying the bill.
At some point, being able to handle more can’t keep being the standard.
Maybe you downloaded a meditation app and stared at the ceiling trying to force your brain to quiet down.
Did breathwork for five minutes in your car before a board meeting, only to feel your chest tighten right back up when you walked through the doors.
Checked your Oura ring every morning to figure out why your HRV is tanking while feeling totally powerless to change it.
Bought another supplement, productivity framework, or calendar block.
Some of it probably helped.
But only for a little while.
Because you don't have an information problem.
You are not under-resourced. You are over-self-managing.
A meditation app can't change that.
Neither can another productivity system.
Strategy matters. Your physiology matters. And the patterns that keep putting everything back onto your shoulders matter too.
That is what we work on together.
Work stops following you to dinner, the couch, and bed.
You create stronger sleep, movement, workload, and recovery boundaries so your body has an opportunity to actually come down from the day.
You stop automatically absorbing everyone else's urgency, expectations, and emotional weight.
You become more comfortable protecting your time, energy, and health without spending hours afterward second-guessing yourself.
Your brain stops carrying an endless queue of unfinished conversations, responsibilities, decisions, and things you’re afraid you might forget.
You create more mental space so everything doesn’t feel equally urgent all the time.
Workplace tension, feedback, conflict, and other people's reactions stop staying with you for days.
You process what happened, recover more quickly, and return to yourself sooner.
You stop solving every demanding season with more of your own exhaustion.
You have more room for your health, relationships, interests, family, and the parts of your life that have been getting whatever energy is left over.
More career impact, authority, and options, with more of your health, relationships, and life intact.
One Executive Director came to me working 70+ hours a week on and off the clock, navigating heavy industry politics, and sleeping less than four hours a night. The chronic stress was showing up physically as severe migraines, digestion issues, and back pain, while her only definition of self-care was getting her hair or nails done. Too much of her world depended entirely on her nervous system staying dialed to maximum capacity.
We worked on nervous system regulation, establishing a boundaried workweek, restructuring her delegation systems, and creating a restorative night routine so her body could finally downshift.
She dropped from 70+ hours to 40, stopped answering weekend messages by Month 2, and successfully took her first sabbatical in nearly six years.
“She helped me delegate work, say NO when I'm already overloaded with work, and implement systems that protect my time from others and myself.”One Senior Program Manager came to me operating in survival mode in a hostile work environment, working 55+ hour weeks, and dealing with nighttime anxiety and chest pressure. Every setback took her over a week to recover from, and the guilt of setting boundaries was eating her alive.
We worked on somatic regulation, processing emotional overload without self-censoring, strengthening her boundary confidence, and addressing workplace friction directly.
She brought her workweek down to structured, boundaried hours. The chest pressure and midnight anxiety completely disappeared. What used to take her a week to process now takes a couple of hours max. She set firm boundaries across work and home without guilt, regained her leadership calm, and rekindled her relationship with her husband.
“In my personal experience, working with Miryam felt like having a safe space where I could share things raw and unfiltered. She is compassionate, highly intelligent, and remarkably perceptive. The awareness and clarity have been priceless. I saw fantastic progress with my team, but the real change began internally.”
I know what demanding operational pressure looks like.
I've worked with entrepreneurs and leaders since 2015.
I've spent years leading teams, programs, budgets, operations, partnerships, marketing, and economic-development initiatives.
I also spent eight years in the U.S. Navy, where mission readiness, adaptability, and performance under pressure weren’t abstract ideas.
And I know burnout firsthand because I’ve lived it
After years of overriding my own limits, I experienced severe burnout, sleep disruption, and sudden panic attacks.
I could keep telling myself to push through.
My body had a different answer.
That experience changed the way I understood capacity and recovery.
There comes a point where more discipline cannot compensate for chronic overload.
So my work now brings nervous system regulation, somatic processing, hypnotherapy, behavioral coaching, and practical capacity work together.
Because changing your calendar without changing the patterns that fill it back up usually doesn’t last.
So we work on what your body needs and what keeps getting in the way internally.
Then something actually changes.
The boundary holds.
Your nervous system has more room to settle.
Your physical and mental capacity starts to return.
Deep-dive sessions using NLP, hypnotherapy, timeline work, somatic processing, and nervous system regulation to address the deeper patterns keeping you in overdrive.
Weekly support to integrate the work into your real life, from boundaries and recovery to stress, workload, and difficult dynamics.
Available virtually or in person in Vancouver, Washington.
Ongoing support between sessions for real-time coaching, processing, and integration.
